In times of old, the "fool" or court jester, had an esteemed role in any King's entourage. Someone with a voice who, because he was 'foolish', rarely risked getting his head lopped off for being impertinent enough to introduce common sense ideas, in contrast to the usual courtiers surrounding a King hoping for favour.

Hey! Where's "Support"? My queries have gone unanswered in my Support Forum for several days (nb. "our staff will reply within 48 hours"). UPDATE Aug. 9th: One query has now been answered (~204 hours later). The delay was attributed to: "extremely hot weather" (which, seems to be a first for this site imo).

Sigh! Another query (well, a topic with 4 posts) on August 27th, another delayed or non-response in my Support Forum (it's now Oct. 16th, nearly two months later!! still no reply). Have all the staff abandoned their posts? May be so....
